  • Midlife Career Workshop– A chance to consider … Career issues, Developing new skills for work/leisure, More flexible working arrangements (work/life balance), Health issues, Caring responsibilities, Reducing stress, Retirement, Finance.
  • Workshop for managers – How to encourage your staff to learn– Improve organisational performance by encouraging staff to develop and learn.  Find out how to interview staff and source and develop training/learning activities.
  • Workshop for parents/carers – Supporting teenagers with career choices– Find out about Local colleges/Sixth forms, Apprenticeships/Jobs, Universities, “The money stuff”.
  • Community Development– Find out how to identify your local community needs and how to develop projects to address them.

 

The Johnston Partnership also offer consultancy in the following areas:
